Close to Arthurs seat and Holyrood Park, there is easy access to the centre of Edinburgh and all the main tourist attractions, either on foot (20 minutes to the Royal Mile) or by the excellent local bus service.
We have a large private car park for guest use, and offer free Wi-Fi. Our breakfast menu is extensive, from the traditional Scottish breakfast with haggis, to the variety of vegetarian options.
Recently refurbished in late 2007, all our rooms are en-suite. there are 5 rooms on the ground floor and 5 on the first floor. Three rooms are deluxe - larger rooms with superior furnshings, king-size 4-poster or Rococco bed and digital TV. Other rooms are single, double, twin, triple and quadruple.
